Free standard US shipping on orders over $75. Expedited options at checkout.
Returns
Reprint or refund on production defects. No returns on custom artwork.
Production turnaround
Production starts the moment your proof is approved. Most apparel and small-format orders complete in 2–4 business days; signage and bulk orders 5–7 days. Need it faster? Mention your deadline in the order notes — we offer same-day rush on most categories.
Shipping options
- Standard (3–5 days): Free over $75, otherwise calculated at checkout.
- Expedited (1–2 days): Available at checkout for most addresses.
- Local pickup: Free — choose at checkout for Houston-area orders.
Returns & reprints
Every item is custom-printed to your spec, so we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If the print quality, color, or finish doesn't match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund — your choice.
Damaged in transit?
Photograph the packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll file the carrier claim and ship a replacement.
