How long does printing take?+
Most apparel and small-format orders ship in 2–4 business days. Large-format signage and bulk orders take 5–7 business days. Rush options available — ask in the contact form.
What file formats do you accept?+
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD and high-resolution PNG/JPG (300 DPI at print size). If you only have a low-res file, our team can clean it up — just upload what you have.
Do you have a minimum order?+
No minimums on most items. Bulk discounts kick in automatically at 24+ units for apparel and at 100+ units for business printing.
How do I approve a proof?+
After you order or request a quote, we send a digital proof to your email. You can approve or request changes from the customer portal.
Can I track my order?+
Yes — every order gets a tracking number (e.g. PH-10001). Use the Track Order page or your customer portal to see live production status.
Do you ship internationally?+
We ship across the US by default. For international orders, contact us with your destination and we'll quote shipping separately.
What's your return policy?+
Because every item is custom-printed, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If there's a defect or a print issue on our end, we reprint or refund — no questions asked.
